Our Adaptogenic Herbal Tea blend is a potent, grounding tea that has been crafted to help support resilience, vitality and balance throughout the mind and body. Crafted with a blend of adaptogenic herbs, this blend helps support the body's natural response to everyday stress as well as emotional wellbeing.

How to Use: Add 1-2 tablespoons of our adaptogenic herbal tea blend to hot water and allow to steep, covered, for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy on its own, or with lemon, honey or additional ingredients of your choosing.

Alternatively, place 1-2 tablespoons into a glass of water, cover and store in the fridge for approximately 6-8 hours for a cold infusion.
